Cancellation Policy – Eatzo Delights Private Limited

At Eatzo Delights Private Limited, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order:

Include your Order ID and cancellation request details for faster processing.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our food products under the Makhveda brand.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. If the order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  1. Reattempt delivery, or
  2. Provide a refund/store credit after verification
